Xawery Wolski is the laureate of the Cyprian Kamil Norwid
On the 200th anniversary of the birth of Cyprian Norwid - September 24, 2021 - for the twentieth time, the Cyprian Kamil Norwid. This year's laureate of the award in the Fine Arts category was the sculptor Xawery Wolski for the revitalization of the manor house in Dańków and the creation of a contemporary art gallery on its premises. We are especially pleased because it was the Center of Polish Sculpture in Orońsko that nominated Xawery Wolski for this year's edition of the Norwid Award 2021. We are also planning to organize an exhibition of this outstanding artist. The other laureates are: Maria Karpińska, Malina Sarnowska and Danuta Stenka. The lifetime achievement statuette was given to Józef Hen, an outstanding writer, reporter, screenwriter, director and playwright. Congratulations to all winners.
